Candidates Night for Hilliard City Council

Please join us as the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a forum for the public to come and ask questions of those wanting to lead our community on Hilliard City Council.  We will be sponsoring an event on Thursday, April 10 from 7:00-9:00pm at the Norwich Township Joint Safety Services Building, 5181 Northwest Parkway. This event is for the democratic candidates. 

There are 3 seats open on Hilliard City Council in the general election this November. The seven Democrat candidates are Tina Cottone, Andy Teater, Samer Bazerbashi, Dorothy Hassan, Tony Moog, Kathy Parker-Jones and Nadia Rasul. The three Republican candidates seeking office are Jim Martin, Les Carrier and Bevan Schneck.

Members of the public will be able to write down their questions which will pass through a screening committee for redundancy and appropriateness.  Each candidate will answer each question in a timed format. Everyone is encouraged to attend this event and find out what the candidates’ plans are for the future and to learn more about their positions on our businesses and community.
