Urban Living Tour

Join us Sunday, April 27 for the 2025 Urban Living Tour!

Looking for a new place to call home? Want to see what living in the city could be like? The Urban Living Tour is our annual self-guided open house event where you tour a variety of apartments, condos and homes located in Downtown Columbus and the surrounding neighborhoods. You'll see an assortment of new builds, remodels, apartment communities and all the amenities that go with city living! This year's tour takes place Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 9-5pm.

NOTE: Check-in and Day of tickets are only on sale at Jaeger Square, 850 Jaeger St, Columbus, Ohio, 43206 between 9am and 3pm on Sunday, April 27th. 

Residential stops on the tour this year include: Brewers Yard, Jaeger Square, Langham, New City Homes, Preston Centre, The Blakely, The Madison, The Nicholas, The Pembroke, The Station, River & Rich, Southern Station and Topiary Park Crossing, Zander on State, Gravity and Green | House

Also included is a rare insider look at The Exchange Lofts by exploring a loft recently renovated by Daniel Russo Home and see what they can do for your home. 

Tickets to the tour are $10 in advance and day of (cash or credit).
