You’ll learn to identify the types\, forms\, causes\, and early warning signs of violence\, de-escalate tense situations using the SAFE approach\, and stay alert through situational awareness.\n\nThe course also covers responding to an active shooter\, supporting coworkers affected by domestic violence or a mental health crisis\, handling reasonable-suspicion situations\, and reporting and documenting incidents properly.
