Imaging Technician

Acloche is seeking a talented candidate to assist in Grove City, working in tech end-user communications. Imaging Tech: To build/configure end-user communication (reach out to end users via email, team meetings, or phone calls to coordinate password resets and validate shipping addresses).

Title: Imaging

• Hours - 8 am to 430pm, Monday- Friday
• Pay - $18.00 an hour

Job Description:

• Complete updates for end users via Email/Teams)
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting for client systems
• Perform data input of required material
• Perform quality inspections for all completed processes
• Punctual 8 - 4:30 pm work schedule (setting up virtual appointments with end users)

Requirements: Must have knowledge of:

• Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 navigation
• BIOS settings
• PXE boot options
• Installing applications
• Syncing cloud data
• Microsoft Excel Sheets
• Email communication
• Multitasking (configure 8 unique laptops at a time)
• Filling out build sheets (QA Documentation)
• Punctual 8 - 4:30 pm work schedule (setting up virtual appointments with end users)
