Patrick Wathen is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 15 years of experience. He is president of Equity, overseeing real estate operations, investment strategy, and asset management for a $500MM+ portfolio. He also co-founded Equity Velocity Funds, aligning financial and physical asset management to deliver strong returns. Recognized as one of GlobeSt’s 50 Under 40 and inducted into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame, Patrick also leads a nationally acclaimed brokerage team specializing in healthcare real estate. His team has completed over 1,000 transactions across 45 states and is known for pioneering healthcare delivery in retail settings. Patrick is deeply committed to his team and client success.
