We’re looking for a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager who shares our values and wants to be part of a team that truly cares about clients and community.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Manage and service an existing book of personal lines clients (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
• Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and client service inquiries
• Provide quotes using comparative rater and carrier portals
• Communicate proactively with clients and maintain high service standards
• Coordinate with carriers such as Grange, Auto-Owners, Erie, Hanover, Safeco/Liberty, and Progressive
• Keep detailed records in our agency management system
• Cross-sell additional coverages where appropriate

🔹 What You Bring

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Ohio
• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably in an independent agency
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with insurance software and comparative rater tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to serve clients effectively
